Deciding the philosophy

Individuals who make up the nucleus of the driving force must discuss and finally formulate a programme philosophy. The program philosophy gives substance and validity to a program, that means whether it is based on developmental theory or social learning theory or multiple intelligence or behaviorism etc.

The program philosophy underlies most programmatic decisions. It should reflect the values, beliefs and training of a director and wishes and interests of program planners and families who will participate in the program.
