Organizing

Organizing is defined as arranging elements and coordinating joint activities so that all of the interdependent parts contribute effectively to the desired goal. This critical process begins after planning and requires assembling the people, physical space, equipment, and materials in an orderly process in order to accomplish the goals of the center. It is through organizing that the dreams begin to materialize as the hard work of the center gets done.

In the organizing process, the enterprenuer delegates and organizes units to facilitate conducting the programs stipulated in the goals. There should be an internal logic and consistency to the delegation of duties. Second, the manager assembles and utilizes space, facilities, materials, and equipment effectively to accomplish the work of the center.
