Develop Alternatives

Alternatives or options must be present for real choices to be made. Creative thinking of the staff enables development of more and wise alternatives. One of the most important enterprenuer’s tasks is to develop and maintain a climate that encourages the creativity of staff members. A variety of alternatives may be suggested by staff, management or a combination of the two.
