Observation for motor development of infants (7-12 months)

Introduction: Locomotion increases in the child. He can sit with good coordination, crawl, creep in different directions, tries to stand up with support, can manipulate objects and sociability increases. Some infants stand and walk by this age. This gives the child a new energy and enthusiasm to explore. The care giver needs to be constantly alert as the child has gained mobility.
