It is an extension of the formal organization chart which shows activities and job relationships for the positions identified on the formal organization chart.

To maintain efficient catering services within the hotel

To liaise with heads of departments in producing departmental budgets.
To be responsible for achieving required revenue & profit
To be responsible for hygiene and safety standards.
To ensure all legal requirements are met
To liaise with all heads of departments regularly
To be prepared to attend any other meetings called for by the GM.
To liaise with personnel departments in recruiting & training.
