Fried Eggs

The shape of a fried egg depends on the thickness of its white and on the temperature at which it is cooked. If cooked at too lower temperature i.e. 115oC it will spread excessively and if the temperature is too high 140oC it will be overdone. The ideal temperature to prepare fried egg is around 126-137oC.
