Designing Data Collection Forms

Designing collection forms is the most critical step for a successful project. Writing question may be an easy task but framing them properly is very difficult. In designing the research study, one should consider the potential errors. Two sources of errors that generally occur are random sampling error and non-sampling error. Sampling errors result because of the sample size being less than the population being studied. Non-sampling errors are caused by faulty coding, untruthful responses, respondent fatigue, etc.
