Psychological Development

The physical changes which occur with puberty also bring about emotional and psychological changes. Very often teenagers are uncomfortable with their changing bodies. Teenagers value their independence and they express it through food selection. It is important to ultimately allow them to make their own choice while making nutritious food available to them.
