Treatment of soil surrounding pipes and conduits

In case some pipes or conduits enter the soil inside the area of foundation or comes in contact with the soil on the external periphery of the building, the soil surrounding pipes or conduits should be treated with chemical emulsion for a distance of 150 mm and 300 mm respectively from the point of entry in the inside or outside area.
