Study and enumeration of coliform, iron, and sulphur bacteria, viable nonculturable bacteria. Microbiological water quality management in aquaculture, bioremediators and probiotics. Pathogens of aquatic animals - their isolation and identifications; detection of toxic organisms in aquatic system.
