This chapter deals with different types of viruses and diseases caused by them. The students will learn about viral disease manifertations caused by virus of different types such as dsDNA viruses, ssRNA viruses and dsRNA viruses. The students will also know the virus-host interactions, virus-virus interactions, interferons and means of control of viral infections. |
