Subscutaneous Tissues

Oedema : Accumulation of water in the body usually first apparent over the ankles and feet, it may extend to other areas of the extremities. It may involve the genitals, face and hands. In firm pressure for three seconds with one digit on the lower portion of the medical surface of the tibia.
