After sales services

Every organization has to provide after sales services. After sales services include educating the customers about the use of the products either orally or through literature, installation of the products sold in the premises of the customers by the manufacturer, periodical inspection, free repairs within the warranty period in case of damages, offering to refund the money or replace the product in case the buyer is not satisfied with the product within the guarantee period, provision of credit facilities, home delivery, and providing any information about the product or the company whenever asked by the consumers.

Thus, by planning for these strategies an enterprise can achieve its objectives.
