Manipulation of Acoustics

Perhaps the earliest attempt at manipulating acoustics was the ancient Greek mask. Since that time, the desire for the audience to hear clearly has stimulated the development of sound equipment in theatres as well as the concern for acoustical quality when building or revamping theaters. The quality of the equipment often depends on the availability of money.

Safety: There are two kinds of safety in the theatre or theme park: physical safety and psychological safety. The first ties with safety measures imposed on the physical structure and manipulation of machinery. The second, although dependent on the first, ties with a suspension of a feeling of safety. Physically, the audience must, ultimately, feel safe. In the past, physical safety has centered on safety from fire. The use of candles, oil, and gas requiring an open flame in the theatre for illumination destroyed

The museum includes:
  1. The entry
  2. Reception area
  3. The security guard station
  4. And the museum shop

Leading off these areas will be all the exhibit galleries and possibly the cafeteria and the public restrooms, conference rooms, an auditorium, office spaces, a library, storage spaces for the collection, conservation areas, loading docks, and other support spaces are required and are available for the public.
The architect and designer need to address traffic flow, materials specification, fire codes and all other safety issues, as well as the design of any millwork or furniture pieces that will be placed in the entrance lobby due to the large number of activities in this area.
Benches provide visitors with places to sit, especially for those who find it difficult to stand for a period of time.
