1.5.8.Training Leaders

Training programmes are organised for to further develop the skills of leaders who were already considered as leaders and to promote leaders who have hidden leadership qualities.

These trainings will help the leaders to improve this technical competence and also their confidence levels. The important methods for training leaders are:

i)Group discussion

ii)Field trips

iii)Providing literature.
