2.4.4.Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale

This scale is used for measuring the intelligence of adults.It was developed by David Wechsler (1955). It is as individual test.. It consists of a wide variety of sub tests which are grouped into two types viz. verbal and performance.

Verbal: Information, general comprehension memory span, arithmetic reasoning, similarities, opposites, and vocabulary.

Performance: Picture arrangement, picture completion, blocks design, object assembly, etc.,.
