TYPES OF RNA

•  There are 3 major classes of RNA molecules viz.,
  • Messenger RNA (m RNA)
  • Transfer RNA (t RNA)
  • Ribosomal RNA (r RNA)
• All are synthesized from DNA base sequences.
• The RNA is involved in the process of protein biosynthesis. The RNAs differ from each other in terms of their size, function and some structural modifications.
