SECTION -27

Restriction of entry in Sanctuary

• No person other than
  1. a public servant on duty
  2. a person who has been permitted by the Chief Warden or the authorized officer to reside within limits of the sanctuary.
  3. a person who has any right over immovable property within limits of the sanctuary.
  4. a person passing through the sanctuary along a public highway and 
  5. the dependents of the person classified in class (1), (2), (3)
• shall enter and reside in the sanctuary, except under and in accordance with the conditions of a permit granted under section 28.
