Characteristics of communication 

-          Mutual presence of sender and receiver of messages is required.

-         Each person assumes roles as loath sender at receiver of the message.

-          It involves mutual needs to communicate.

-         Both the sender and receiver of the messages are interdependable and interchangeable.
