Approaches to strengthen child’s creativity

Every child is born with creative potential, but with proper nurture and stimulation is essential to reach or express his potentiality to the maximum extent. Creativity shows one’s uniqueness. Sometimes creativity may be reduced if proper care is not taken to foster and strengthen it. The following are some of the approaches to strengthen child’s creativity.

1. Providing creative atmosphere
2. Relaxing the controls
3. Stimulating thinking
4. Inspiring perseverance
5. Encouraging original thinking or tolerate “offbeat”
6. Planning and Problem solving
7. Offer but do not pressure
