It is the 1st step after job description. Each center should establish and follow some general procedures regarding advertising, interviewing and selecting employees. It is the responsibility of the entreprenuer for advertising for staff. It can be through newspapers, television advertisements and telephone and apply in person and walk in interviews, campus selections. When all the applications have been collected they must be screened to eliminate obviously unsuitable candidates. Then interviews are arranged by the entrepreneur. Candidates who are called for interview should be advised to bring necessary documents or certificates.
