Budgeting

A manager should be capable of dealing with all the obligations of running a center. The financial operation should be as smooth as possible to ensure that the director can maintain control of the finances. Poor financial management leads to the constant lack of funds and continuously hinders the personnel as they work to achieve programme goals. The two major components of a financial plan are developing a system of financial resources and obtaining adequate funding.
