   1. Block Technology Team (B.T.T.) - Line Departments.
   2. Farmer Advisory Committee (FAC)
3. District Level:
   1. Governing Body of ATMA (G.B.)
   2. ATMA Management Committee (AMC)
4. State Level:
   1. Nodal Department of (Agriculture) - DOA
   2. Inter Department of Working groups (IDWG)
5. National Level:
   1. Technology Dissemination Unit (TDU) under D.O.E., Govt, of India.
   2. Technology Dissemination Management Committee (T.D.M.C.) under Minority of Agriculture, Govt, of India.
   3. National Institute of Agriculture Extension management (MANAGE) Hyderabad.
