Computer: A machine that can receive and store information and change or process it. It is a system of many parts working together. Computers are made up of two parts: the hardware and the software. The physical parts, which you can see and touch, are collectively called hardware. Hardware is required to create, use, manipulate and store electronic data.
Software: The computerised instructions that operate a computer manipulate the data and execute particular functions or tasks. On the other hand, refers to the instructions, or programs, that tell the hardware what to do.
