Some of the suggestions to overcome these constraints in programme implementation at grass root level include:

5. Encouragement to take up extension activities
6. Provision of marketing and storage facilities
7. Providing timely technical guidance

10. The techniques used be simple and not complicated, so that it can be easily adopted
11. People’s participation must be encouraged in various extension programmes
12. Proper coordination and good linkage between universities, government organizations, non government organizations, cooperatives, private agencies and other input supply agencies and organizations.
13. Provision of non formal education to the rural people

14. Combination of traditional and electronic methods used in programme implementation helps to attract a wide range of young to aged audience.
15. Information centres be opened at village level where internet and other required facilities can be installed carefully, so that they are of practical use in programme implementation.
