Evaluation

  1. Self-appraisal holds good as compared to the evaluation done by outside agency which does not involve local people. This results in little improvement.
  2. Comparison of achievement with objectives and criteria set within a programme lead to more growth and accomplishments rather than comparison of one programme with another.
  3. All those concerned with the programme should be involved in evaluation to achieve the great results.
  4. Evaluation always be a continuous and educational process
  5. Evaluation must focus on results rather than opportunities provided.
  6. Short term objectives are evaluated quickly so as to motivate for success in achieving mid term and long term objectives.
