Group interview

This method is used to get community level information (Figure) which has following advantages such as:
  • Provides access to a larger body of knowledge
  • Provides an immediate cross-check on information as it is reviewed from several people in the group.
  • A large group may be divided into smaller sub-groups, depending on group member’s interest and experience.
  • Requires more advance planning and preparation than individual interview.
