Several people will be involved in implementing the financial plan. One should keep in touch with all of them to see how the matters are progressing in various areas. This process includes deciding who takes the responsibility of different categories of the financial plan and also who will keep overall track of all the categories together. But some freedom should be allowed to each member in implementing the budget. Coordinating includes activities like providing sufficient funds to each member, checking and adjusting throughout while spending. This also involves the maintenance of records. If each member who is spending keeps the record. It will help to coordinate easily.
