Haemodynamic derangements

HAEMODYNAMIC DEARRANGEMENTS

	Hyperaemia – Lung Note the distension of the capillaries with R.B.Cs
	Chronic venous congestion- Liver Note distension of central vein and sinusoids     in the centrilobular    zone    with     R.B.Cs.   Peripheral   hepatic   cells    show   fatty   changes which give a pale appearance.
	Thrombus An eosinophilic structureless mass filling the entire lumen attached to the vessel at the site of intimal damage.
	Infarction - Kidney (Pale infarct) Note wedge shaped eosinophilic mass in the cortex with the base towards the periphery showing coagulative necrosis.
