Note distension of central vein and sinusoids     in the centrilobular    zone    with     R.B.Cs.   Peripheral   hepatic   cells    show   fatty   changes which give a pale appearance.

An eosinophilic structureless mass filling the entire lumen attached to the vessel at the site of intimal damage.

Kidney red infarct

Note wedge shaped eosinophilic mass in the cortex with the base towards the periphery showing coagulative necrosis.
