OTHER RECORDS

  • The kinds of records kept in a farm vary very much depending on the scope and nature of enterprise. In a well organized faring several other records are necessary to provide all the data relating to expenditure and receipts.
  • Registers are necessary for all consumable and non-consumable articles purchased on the farm and particulars relating to the issue of those items and they should be maintained up-to-date.
  • A feed register giving particulars of the daily should issues of be each item maintained. It should be also recorded. Index cards for all livestock should be maintained.
