TREATMENT
  • Calciumborogluconate 300ml intravenous
  • 5% Dextrose saline 2litres intravenous
  • Oxytocin 40IU in slow intrvenous drip
  • If cervix is fully dilated, the fetal membranes are ruptured and fetus delivered by traction
