ENDEMIC DISEASE INVESTIGATION 

• Health management is the prime objective of doing endemic disease investigation, including prevention and control / treatment of diseases.
• Endemic diseases are constantly present in the population with minor fluctuation in the frequency of occurrence round the year and thereby reducing the productivity of animal industries.
• Whenever, the productivity falls below one or two standard deviation than mean, and then only investigation is warranted.
