STRAINS AND SEROTYPES
  • There are 9 serotypes of AHSV and all these serotypes are immunologically distinct. These serotypes are indicated as Serotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. 7, 8 and 9. Infection with serotype 9 has been reported in India.
