  • V bottomed microtitre plates
  • Micropipettes 25µl (fixed or variable)
  • Microtips
  • Dispensing trays
  • Antiserum against Newcastle disease virus
  • Phosphate buffered saline
  • 1% chicken RBC in Alsever’s solution
  • Positive and negative control serum
