Readjust pH of culture medium to 3.5, 7 and 9 with NaOH and HCl
Pour the media into respective plates and label them specifying the pH.
Divide the plate into four quadrants by marking the bottom of the plate with a glass marker.
Inoculate each quadrant with a different organism and label the quadrant accordingly.
Inoculate with highly diluted suspension and in very small area, to prevent overcrowding of colonies.
Incubate at 37ºC. Observer for growth after two and seven days.
