ACOUSTIC PERCUSSION

• Acoustic hammer percussion is performed by keeping the pleximeter firmly pressed against the chest wall with left hand and then tapping adequately hard on the pleximeter with the plexor.
• The hammer percussion has the advantage that it is possible to make a harder and deeper tap than the immediate percussion.
