These refer to all such activities that help entrepreneurs in establishing and running their enterprise. This could be

• registration of a unit
• arranging finance of any type
• providing land, shed, power, water
• guidance required regarding selection of required material and equipment
• supply of licenses
• granting tax relief and other types of subsidy
• offer management consultancy
• assistance in marketing the product
• providing information related to the industry

This group of activities nurtures and helps the entrepreneurship to grow and survive after it has been stimulated.
