Selecting the Employee

When interviewing is completed, the person or committee responsible for selecting the employee uses material such as personnel policies, job description, interview, observation for taking final decisions. The selected candidate should be notifies of the job offer by the entrepreneur or the chairperson of the committee. On acceptance, the new employee may be asked to sign a contract stating the salary and contract time.
