Funding

A major component of the entrepreneur’s responsibility is ensuring sufficient funds to establish and operate the programme. Although this assignment is ongoing, peak time occur when a new programme is created and when additional components are to be added to an existing programme. The entrepreneur alone cannot manage the entire fund raising process.
