Role of training

Training is a key part of institutional growth. Growth can be explained as intensification and augmentation of existing activity to meet the changing demands and challenges. To achieve this, one needs to know the means of attaining these changes and challenges. In institutions learning is not mere, but application. Putting the learned knowledge and skill into practice is implementation which leads to institutional excellence.
