Preparation of Stain Lacto phenol cotton blue stain Phenol crystals - 20 g Lactic acid - 20 ml Glycerol - 40 ml Cotton blue - 0.05 gm
Dissolve the phenol crystals in the other ingredients by heating the mixture gently in a hot water bath.
