• Oligopoly
• Oligopsony
• Price discrimination

These market structures are discussed below.
Markets are classified into various categories as indicated above based on certain criteria as given below.

• Number of buyers and sellers
• Product differentiation
• Restriction on entry and exit
• Uniform price
• Full information about the market.

At one extreme is perfect completion and at the other extreme is monopoly and in between we have variants of these two extremes.
