5.2.6 Follow through plan of work and calendar of operations
- Conducting training programmes, demonstrations, campaigns, communication of information, making regular visits and monitoring are some of the functions performed by extension functionaries. - Work should include solving unforeseen problems and taking corrective steps whereever needed. - Involves lot of co-ordination among various organisations and institutions involved - Performance of extension agent and the organizational support received is crucial at this stage as these may determine the success/ failure of the programme. - Obtaining feedback from the stake holders on the developments is important at this stage. |
