Practical exercise on Panel discussion and public speech

Panel is an informal conversation before an audience by a selected group of persons under a mediator. Since the panel members have very good knowledge on the topic discussed in the panel, the audience can gain overall understandings on the topic discussed in the panel. The students may be asked to hold panel discussion on some of the common issues in fisheries to gain experience on this.
