Identification of live bearers

AIM
To identify the live bearers in ornamental fishes.

MATERIALS REQUIRED
Dissection box, scale, fishes- guppy, molly, platy and sword tail.

PROCEDURE
•Collect fishes from the aquarium.
•Bring them to the laboratory.
•Observe the given specimen for variation in morphological characters including colour, fins, shape etc.,
•Compare the character among them.
•Draw a neat diagram.
•Record your observation.
