Procedure for the Campaign

1. Create awareness

First step for the campaign is to give an awareness of the need for the campaign. The awareness is given through the meetings.

2. Planning the Campaign

1. Identify the local need and problems.
2. Dates should be announced in advance and involve the local leaders or agencies.
3. Secure advice of specialist and fine out the solution to the problems.
4. Technical services and supplies are to be ensured.
5. Period should be suitable to the community as a whole may be selected.
6. Make a plan and work schedule and act accordingly.
7. Campaign should be watched closely and through out of the programme.
8. Campaign should be given wide publicity.
