INSTRUCTIVE THEORY

• According to this theory, an immuno competent cell is competent to synthesize antibodies of any specificity.
• An antigen instruct the immunocompetent cells to synthesize complementary antibodies, i.e the cells did not have any genetic information earlier to the exposure to an antigen.
• There are various theories to support the above-mentioned theories.
