Yogurt

YOGURT

  • Yogurt is produced by using whole milk or skim milk.
  • The milk is inoculated with a starter culture which contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. These bacteria convert the lactose in the milk into lactic acid, causing the milk into curdle to form yogurt.
