  • Chikuwa - tube shaped fish paste
  • Kamaboko – boiled fish paste
  • Satsumaage - fried fish paste product
  • Hampen - floating type boiled fish paste.
  • Diversified traditional products like kanikama (artificial crab leg), cheese sandwiched hampen, easy-to-eat kamaboko, Satsuma age with hampen taste, squid-surimi kamaboko are also being marketed in Japan.
