PRINCIPLE

• Pain is induced by a mechanical stimulus method.
• A artery clip sleeved with a rubber sleeve is used for application on the base of the tail of a mice to induce pain by mechanical stimulus means.
• On evincing the pain the animal tries to dislodge the clip which is noted as the reaction time.
